Established in 2008, AdParlor quickly rose to prominence in the paid social industry with the advent of Facebook’s advertising platform.  As one of Meta’s pioneering Marketing Partners, we have remained at the forefront of innovation.  Acquired by Fluent, Inc. in 2019, our continued success is propelled by our flawless planning and execution, enabling us to expand our clients’ reach and drive performance efficiently.

    Don Patrick

    Chief Executive Officer

    An industry veteran with an appetite for spirited growth potential, Don spearheads Fluent’s commercial initiatives, including international expansion and furthering data activation across addressable channels. Previous to Fluent, Don served in senior leadership roles at Seneca One and Infogroup Targeting Solutions. As Merkle’s COO, he was part of the original management team that increased company revenue by 5,000% to $300 million. Leading the frontlines comes second nature to Don, in his downtime, he’s out running with the bulls in Pamplona, or running around with his six children – all of whom played Division 1 college sports. He enjoys adventure in all forms, especially if it is with his wife and family.

    General Manager

    A passion for creative data-led and tech-enabled solutions has led Andrea to senior leadership positions at Acxiom, DataAxle, Inuvo, Fluent and AdParlor. Previously with their parent company, Fluent, Andrea joined AdParlor in 2020, bringing over 30 years of experience leveraging data to improve business outcomes. With overall agency responsibility, Andrea focuses on sales, client satisfaction, and product development to help world class brands capitalize on opportunities to scale results from their digital campaigns. In her downtime, she enjoys a coastal lifestyle with her family.

    Vice President of Finance

    A finance leader with a passion for business, Matt is a member of the AdParlor Executive team and works closely with all key senior leaders across the business. Matt is one of the longest-tenured AdParlor employees with 10+ years experience with the organization and played a key role in Fluent’s acquisition of AdParlor in 2019. Whether it is working with the other leaders to set KPIs, budgeting, forecasting or building pricing models, Matt leverages his deep knowledge of the business to drive results via collaboration and data. Matt holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and prior to joining AdParlor spent time working at Torstar Digital, TD Wealth Management and Fidelity Investments. Matt is an avid sports fan, has completed 3 marathons and enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children.

    A results-driven business executive with nearly 20 years of diversified experience as a change agent, leader, and communicator across global, mid-market venture-backed and publicly traded digital performance agencies, Lauren is ultimately responsible for client satisfaction and ownership of executive relationships within AdParlor’s portfolio of clients. Before AdParlor, Lauren served in senior leadership roles at performance marketing agency, Adknowledge, Inc. In her time at both AdParlor and Adknowledge, Lauren played a key role in various merger and acquisition deals, including the 2019 acquisition of AdParlor by Fluent, LLC. Her time outside the office is primarily spent at kids' sporting events cheering for her two favorite athletes on the field, court, course, or pool. In the remaining two or three minutes a month, Lauren enjoys having a nice glass of wine with her husband, walking her dog, or reading a good book (all alone!).

    Meet Alyson, a dedicated member of the AdParlor family for an impressive 14+ years. With a background deeply rooted in client service, Alyson oversees the strategic partnerships for some of AdParlor's longest standing clients. Her passion for people and ability to nurture client relationships has led to remarkable growth. Under her guidance, clients have scaled media spend from $200K/mo to $2MM/mo. When not spending time with her husband and three kids, you can find Alyson on the golf course or on her yoga mat. Whether navigating the fairways or leading client meetings, she brings a calming discipline and smart edge.

    As Creative Director at Adparlor, Kathryn leads creative strategy for both B2B and B2C clients, drawing on 14+ years of experience in advertising, tech, and design. She excels in problem-solving design strategy, delivering business-aligned solutions with a proven track record in profitable design creation across various mediums. Kathryn collaborates with top-tier clients, specializing in brand identities, UI/UX, and creative concepts across digital, print, and experiential platforms.

    David is a highly experienced professional based in the Chicago area. He has dedicated over 16 years of his career to building strong relationships with brands and agencies, shaping data, digital, and technology strategies to help advertisers achieve their goals. David's expertise spans programmatic advertising, demand-side platforms (DSPs), data management platforms (DMPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), search engine marketing, and paid social across Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Pinterest. Outside of work, he is a proud girl dad and plays pool competitively.

    Throughout his career, Jared has held a variety of leadership roles within client service and media operations. As AVP of Operations, he is pivotal in the day-to-day business, providing strategic guidance to his clients and leading key account support teams within AdParlor. A media buyer at heart, Jared has extensive experience driving media strategy, buying and managing paid media campaigns within the programmatic and social space for some of the world’s largest Fortune 500 companies and media agencies. A graduate of The University of Kansas (Rock Chalk!) and based out of Kansas City, Jared is very much an amateur, yet improving, golfer (wishful thinking) who loves traveling and spending time with his wife and 2 kids during his off time.

    Kristina leads our Influencer Marketing Services, AdParlor’s fully managed influencer marketing solution. With a focus on exceeding our clients’ objectives, Kristina’s expertise lies in designing and scaling influencer programs for full funnel performance. With a strong sales and marketing background, prior to joining AdParlor Kristina focused her career in the Creator space with leadership roles at Accision, co-founding Get Hyped, and launching Fluent’s creator monetization app, Infuse. When she’s not leading our Influencer services, you can find Kristina and her husband wrangling their two small kids in Connecticut.

As our Director, People, Stephanie works strategically to ensure that AdParlor’s people programs and policies meet the needs of both the business and the team. Stephanie’s decade of HR experience and expertise is in growing the People function in start-up/hyper-growth organizations, bringing rigor and process that creates a transparent, trustworthy and engaging work environment. Stephanie is happiest in the summer sun and the endless outdoor activities it brings. A creative at heart, Stephanie loves to sew, write, and travel in her downtime. Her favorite quote is “Give light and people will find the way” because she believes that success is within reach for everyone, if you show them their capabilities.
