AdParlor stands out with our unique approach to digital marketing and creative services. We are a data-driven, tech-enabled team of experts helping clients attract, engage with and convert their audience to meet business goals. We create digital campaigns that do what they’re supposed to do—get our clients noticed and deliver results.

Our history

Inspired by the Facebook ecosystem in 2008, AdParlor quickly became one of Facebook’s first official Marketing Partners and are currently one of the longest-standing Premier marketing partners.  Over the last decade, we’ve expanded our partnerships to include all of the major social and digital platforms.  As our team, technology, and the digital ecosystem evolve, our mission remains the same: maximize results for our clients.

AdParlor was acquired by Fluent, Inc. in the summer of 2019.  Fluent, publicly traded on NASDAQ (FLNT), is the leading performance marketing company in the United States.  Fluent enables advertisers to identify, win, and keep the best customers for their business. Don Patrick

Interim Chief Executive Officer

An industry veteran with an appetite for spirited growth potential, Don spearheads AdParlor’s & Fluent’s commercial initiatives, including international expansion and furthering data activation across addressable channels. Previous to Fluent, Don served in senior leadership roles at Seneca One and Infogroup Targeting Solutions. As Merkle’s COO, he was part of the original management team that increased company revenue by 5,000% to $300 million. Leading the frontlines comes second nature to Don, in his down time, he’s out running with the bulls in Pamplona, or running around with his six children – all of whom played Division 1 college sports. He enjoys adventure in all forms, especially if it is with his wife and family.

Andrea Haldeman

SVP Sales & Customer Success

A passion for creative data-led and tech-enabled solutions has led Andrea to senior leadership positions at Acxion, DataAxle, Inuvo, Fluent and now AdParlor.  With a keen eye for leveraging data to improve business outcomes, Andrea is responsible for sales and client success at AdParlor, helping our clients capitalize on opportunities and scale results from their digital campaigns. In her downtime, she enjoys a coastal lifestyle with her family.

Lauren Cody

SVP, Business Operations​

An industry veteran, Lauren has been partnering with global brands to drive growth within their digital strategies for over 15 years. Focused on building strategic partnerships while ensuring client success, she looks after the front-to-end operations of AdParlor’s core media business as well as company-wide matters relating to client and partner contracting. Lauren enjoys being active outdoors with her husband, daughters and puppy but can be found inside watching the Chiefs play every Sunday September through February (yes, FEBRUARY football!)

Matt Hudson

Director of Finance

Matt began his career in Financial services as a Business Analyst and then transitioned to digital commerce after completing his MBA. Since joining AdParlor, Matt has held several senior positions. These days, he oversees the Finance function which involves financial planning and business intelligence that will drive the business forward. Matt is an avid sports fan and a passionate supporter of the Toronto Leafs and The Toronto Raptors however, the Buffalo Bills is his favourite team. Matt loves spending time with his family and his 2 kids.

Brooke Robinson

VP, Performance Marketing

A decade-long career on the forefront of digital advertising has honed Brooke’s natural problem-solving skills and powered her proficiency at building teams, campaigns and business models. After launching her own consulting business in 2018, Brooke spearheaded the creation and expansion of AdParlor’s performance-marketing division, fine-tuning a talented team of employees and removing the element of risk from media investment. Establishing an outcome-based payout model that meets the needs of high-profile clients has been a rewarding experience for Brooke, who has a proven proficiency at identifying and elevating the next generation of talented advertisers. Prior to AdParlor, Brooke was instrumental in advancing Sun Life’s online ambitions, leading every aspect of the company’s first foray into social media before accelerating paid media efforts at GroupM and Publicis. Brooke’s taste in music has been described as eclectic, as evidenced by an intense love for Weird Al Yankovic, whom she has seen perform in concert five times to date.

Jared Levy

Sr. Director of Operations

Jared has held a variety of client service and media buying leadership roles over his career. He is a media buyer at heart and has extensive experience buying and managing paid digital campaigns within the programmatic and social space, working alongside top Fortune 500 companies and media agencies. As Sr. Director of Client Strategy & Operations, he plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations, providing strategic guidance to our clients and leading the account support teams here at AdParlor.

A graduate of The University of Kansas and based out of Kansas City, Jared is very much an amateur, yet improving golfer (wishful thinking) who loves traveling and spending time with his wife and 2 kids during his off time.

Dan Hall

CTO

Moving from Michigan to Florida, Dan is no stranger to change. As Chief Technology Officer, Dan leads the charge to build infrastructure to support scale and rapid growth. He is dedicated to crafting and leading high-performance technical teams that drive innovation and create efficiencies across the company. Joining the team with over 20 years of experience in marketing technology and analytics, he previously was Infogroup’s CTO and Time Warner Cable’s (now Spectrum) Senior Director of Analytics. With a BA in Economics from Northern Michigan University, Dan and his wife Olena have 3 kids between them and love to travel as time allows.

Stephanie McCarthy

Senior Manager, People Team

Stephanie is passionate about creating an environment that empowers teams to succeed. As our Senior Manager, People, Stephanie works strategically to ensure that AdParlor’s people processes and policies meet the needs of both stakeholders and the team. Her favorite quote is “Give light and people will find the way.” Stephanie’s experience and expertise is in growing the People function in start-up/hyper-growth organizations, bringing rigor and process to the organisation that creates a transparent, trustworthy and engaging work environment. Stephanie is happiest in the summer sun and the endless outdoor activities it brings. A creative at heart, Stephanie loves to sew, write, and paint in her downtime.
