A major sporting goods retailer wanted to leverage its existing channels to launch its own retail media network. The growing RMN partnered with AdParlor to scale its paid media efforts, diversify its channel mix, and provide brand-level measurement to its vendors.
Strategic account management & custom reporting solutions
AdParlor assembled a dedicated account team to manage the additional business line and worked closely with the client to streamline high-volume campaign planning, execution, and measurement.
Initially, only standard events were being optimized, limiting brand-level insights. To resolve this, AdParlor collaborated with Meta and Snapchat to create 48 custom brand events, allowing for more precise reporting and optimization and worked with other channel partners to build solutions. Additionally, to improve transparency, we developed custom reporting dashboards through our analytics platform, featuring network margin calculations, RMN-specific metrics, and vendor-specific performance tracking.
