The acquisition will expand Fluent’s Managed Media Buying, Creative Services, and Campaign Execution Platform

NEW YORK, June 19, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Fluent, Inc. (NASDAQ: FLNT), a leading data-driven performance marketing company today announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of AdParlor Holdings, Inc. and certain of its subsidiaries (collectively, “AdParlor”), a digital advertising solution for social media buying.
