Stephanie is passionate about creating an inclusive environment that empowers teams to succeed. As our Director, People, Stephanie works strategically to ensure that AdParlor’s people programs and policies meet the needs of both the business and the team. Stephanie’s decade of HR experience and expertise is in growing the People function in start-up/hyper-growth organizations, bringing rigor and process that creates a transparent, trustworthy and engaging work environment. Stephanie is happiest in the summer sun and the endless outdoor activities it brings. A creative at heart, Stephanie loves to sew, write, and travel in her downtime. Her favorite quote is “Give light and people will find the way” because she believes that success is within reach for everyone, if you show them their capabilities.
