Cost Per Click (CPC)

Cost per Click (CPC) refers to the amount an advertiser pays for each click on their digital ad. It’s used to understand how much it costs to drive one user to your site, and to compare efficiency across platforms and campaigns.

Calculation:

CPC = Total Spend รท Total Clicks

Example:

A fashion retailer runs Meta ads promoting a summer sale, spending $500 and receiving 1,000 clicks, resulting in a CPC of $0.50.
